Driving
Directions: From
the East: coming from Eastern Missouri, take Interstate 70 West
to Columbia, Missouri. Take the first Columbia exit, Hwy 63 South
and turn left towards Jefferson City, Missouri. Follow Hwy 63 South
fifteen miles to Ashland, Missouri. As you come to Ashland, drive
under the overpass and get in the left lane immediately. Take the
first left turn after you've driven under the overpass, cross the
highway onto Liberty Lane and turn right onto Perry. You should
see Chateau's display homes and office
at the end of Perry. From
the South: coming from Southern Missouri, take Hwy 54 East or
Hwy 63 North to Jefferson City, Missouri. In Jefferson City, Missouri,
take the Hwy 63 North exit (to Columbia, Missouri.) Fifteen miles
north of Jefferson City on Hwy 63 will be Ashland, Missouri. As
you approach Ashland, you will see Chateau
Homes on your right hand side. Take the outer road, Liberty
Lane, on your right just before you reach the Ashland exit. Turn
right onto Perry and follow it back to Chateau's
display homes and office. From
the West: coming from Western Missouri, take Interstate 70 East
to Columbia, Missouri. Take the last Columbia exit, Hwy 63 South,
and turn right towards Jefferson City, Missouri. Follow Hwy. 63
South fifteen miles to Ashland, Missouri. As you come to Ashland,
drive under the overpass and get in the left lane immediately. Take
the first left turn after you've driven under the overpass, cross
the highway onto Liberty Lane and turn right onto Perry. You should

Missouri between Columbia and Jefferson City. We are approximately
2 hours from Kansas City and St. Louis, approximately an hour and
fifteen minutes from Macon and approximately 1 hour from the Lake
of the Ozarks.
